Newly Installed Acolytes

 Ministry of Acolyte

On Wednesday, February 13, 2008, seven of our brothers were instituted into the ministry of acolyte. These brothers had previously received the ministry of lector, and these two public ministries of the Church are essential steps on the path to priestly ordination. The brothers instituted acolytes are: Br. Jordan Joseph Schmidt, O.P, Br. Augustine Marie Reisenauer, O.P, Br. Michael Dominic O'Connor, O.P., Br. Bernard Marie Timothy, O.P., Br. Peter Totleben, O.P., Br. Matthew Carroll, O.P., and Br. Justin Marie Brophy, O.P.  The brothers will be installed at the 5:00pm Mass on that day.
