Nicanor Austriaco, O.P. at the Dominican House of Studies in Washington, D.C., entitled "The Image of God in a Post-Genomic Age: What can the Human Genome Project tell us about what it is to be a human being?" Fr. Austriaco, a recent graduate of the Dominican House of Studies, has a Ph.D. from M.I.T. and teaches at Providence College. He is a Consultant to the Committee on Science and Human Values of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.
